Shipping Policy
All orders placed at this time are considered pre-orders and will be processed within 5–14 business days. We are currently evaluating demand to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Once the pre-order cycle is complete, we will resume our standard order handling as described below.

For all non–pre-order items, orders are typically processed within 48 hours of purchase on standard business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information at the address provided during checkout. Please double-check that your email is entered correctly for timely updates.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Conchletics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address submissions. Return & Exchange Policy
At Conchletics, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery at help@conchletics.com. To process your claim, we may require proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect.
Our team will review each case and, at our sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet our policy guidelines.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
